Your ringtone seem to have gone bad. You have to upload a new ringtone file to correct your phone problem.

I got one a few weeks back. It's cheap. It has a strange annoying dialtone, it doesn't have north american ring patterns that I could get working, and it has what sounds like bad feedback on the speakerphone that you can hear at both ends of the connection. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known.
