Hi, the 3g video call should not be answered immediately , you'd better use
h324m_gw and h324m_gw_answer , just try this dialplan:

exten => _X.,1,Goto(default,${EXTEN},1)
[default]
exten => _X.,1,H324m_gw(${ext...@3gp_videos)
[3gp_videos]
exten => _X.,,1,H324m_gw_answer()
exten => _X.,n,mp4save(/tmp/test.3gp)
