Asterisk does not support Siren14 with 32000 bps or 24000 bps, so it will be 
ignored by asterisk.
Disable Siren14 in your client, and the warning will go away.
This warning does is not related to any video issues. you should do a sip debug 
and check if video codecs are offered on both sides!
