Its not on the CTMS where the shaping happens...
Ellacoya Networks products is what Shaw uses for traffic shaping,

From what TSR2's told me, E-QOS or QOS from Shaw, removes the modem from
being shaped on the Ellacoya equipment, how it works, I'm not really
sure... Is there anybody else from Shaw thats higher up then TSR able to
shed some light on this...
Shaw seems to be purposely leaving everybody in the dark about the ins and
outs of this "feature"
