Followed the tutorial that was posted in slashdot a few days ago "Build your own PBX". The [EMAIL PROTECTED] install was quite painless and was complete in a little over an hour (including asterisk compile). After configuring the network interface a easy to use weblication is used to setup everything else, extention numbers, on hold music (your own mp3s or shoutcast stream), Digital receptionist (Record your own voice menus and build a choice tree: "Welcome to Corban's House, stay on the line and we will be with you shortly or dail '1' for furthur options"), and lots more. As I am still waiting for my DIDs to come through I was only able to test internal extentions using software phones (x-lite http://www.xten.com) between my computer and laptop. Everything I tested worked as expected. Cant wait for my DIDs tho!! re, corban -- Corban Riley Web Application Developer Canadian Water Network / Réseau canadien de l'eau 200 University Ave. W.
