Hi Simon, Mix Networks (http://www.mixnetworks.com) has DIDs for Winnipeg (204) area code. More information on their website. I use them as my only source of incoming and outgoing call routing, and quality is fantastic. Connected to major carriers Level(3) and recently Global Communications.
