Quickest way to get a X100P card?

I've been futzing with a Sipura SPA-3000 for a month now, and still 
can't get it to work the way I want.  I'd like to go with a 
stripped-down version of my original * setup, and that requires a single 
FXO card.

What's the quickest way to get one?  voipdepot.ca has them, but they 
want $25 + $15 shipping, which is a bit steep for something that is half 
that on eBay.  Of course, I can't get the card from eBay that quickly.  
Any ideas?  Ideally I'd like to get the card tomorrow, so if anyone has 
a spare one that they want to sell privately, I'm open to that.
