While I would agree that quality should be good (and often is), over the long term most broadband connections tend to vary in quality. For some people this creates a very annoying situation of something that worked well not working as well anymore. This can be a very difficult situation to manage unless the problem can be addressed quickly. With both cable and DSL often the problems can be hard to track and/or work around. Any thoughts on this? J
