I understand there is a meeting today with regard to peering VoIP providers at 151 Front st?
Is everyone aware of what already exists? http://www.thevpf.com It seems to make an enormous amount of sense for the VoIP providers in 151 Front street to team up and become a node of the VPF. Not only do they all instantly become peers to each other, but also to the rapidly growing number of peers in the US and across the world. On Oct 5 XO communications joined the VPF. XO is a Tier 1 provider and CLEC in the US so it definitely has some credibility. All together the VPF ENUM database claims to have 6.5 million numbers. I'm interested to know how the meeting went today and peoples feelings on this. Regards, -- John Lange
