Today I bought (but have not opened) a Vonage-locked PAP2 from Future Shop ($64.99).
So now I see that Dell's deals-of-the-day today offers a Linksys (formerly Sipura) SPA-841 $79.99 ($40 off regular price). No service-provider locking is mentioned. I think that shipping is free, but I'm not sure.
