I don't believe it can get dial 100% of the time, but I'd be glad to be

There are settings in most SIP phones that control how often they
re-register (PAP2 and BudgeTone
have a web interface). You can set it longer but then if it does lose
the connection it may then take
longer to reconnect. This is something that I don't think is optimal in
the protocol, as in my limited experience many sip phones have problems
with this.
Maybe somebody else has found an optimal solution?
