The PAP2 was setup using the default settings, the only information I added was 
the usernames and passwords for the 2 extension, 300 and 301. I far as I can 
tell the call waiting or call forwarding plays no part in the inability of PAP2 
to process more than 1 inbound call.

Give us your sip.conf entries and the parameters you set on the PAP2 and we
might be able to help.
