My plan is to have my Nortel PBX system forward a call to a separate VOIP line (connected to my * server). Couple of questions
1. If I forward the call through the Nortel call plan will I still get the called ID infomration passed on? 2. Are there some types of DID numbers that allow multiple (10 + simultaneous) calls to be handled at once? 3. Anything else I should be thinking of? -- Blake
