After you scourer the "interweb" for information with keywords like
"Asterisk SPA-3000" and find what you can about other people's
experiences. After you get the technical documentation (approx 30
pages) which is very technical. You can call on their on-line e-mail
help service [EMAIL PROTECTED] I found them to be very helpful and
responsive. But, with this kind of thing, you get what you give so a
little familiarization with the product will go a long way.
It took me about 2-weeks to get that thing working. Me, a newbie to
Asterisk, VoIp, and SIP, et. al. Granted, I am an Engineer with
programming experience, but up to now, I've always just breezed over
this VoIP stuff.

Boys and Girls,
I sat down happily at my desk last night ready to configure
Asterisk to replace my (fxo/fxs) Zaptel card, only to find after a few
hours of reading that the best I can come up with for documentation
is "Sipura is not very helpful". Seems a little lite for my purpose :)
Does anyone know where this documentation can be found or should
I be tossing yet another piece of hardware in the trash.
Cheers
