I also had very poor response from link2voip. Although my 416 DID was
activated immediately, I did not receive a response to a question about
911 service for about 10 days. The answer ultimately came - no 911.

I have since switched to Unlimitel and can report (as everyone else seems
to) fantastic customer service.
