I know there was another thread about this but just to update on it; it's been a whole week since the transfer of funds and still the incoming DID doesn't work.
 
After 4 days they responded that 416 area code is no more available but didn't refund.
 
Link2voip customer service responds once a week and doesn't bother to even read the emails properly.
 
By checkin the tickets they issue I found out that volume of emails is not even high. They had only 60 emails in one week and yet they don't answer.
 
So far I have sent 7 emails for one issue and nothing is solved.
 
PLEASE DO NOT RECOMMAND THE SERVICE TO ANYONE HERE. IT HAS REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
