Cisco 7970 with 8.0(2) SIP firmware and Asterisk

Has anyone had any success at getting this working? My biggest roadblock 
right now seems to be constructing a proper SEP<mac>.cnf.xml file to 
configure the phone. Anyone have an example file I can use that's designed 
for SIP/CCM5.0?
