I will be more than happy, to collect the dollar amount from you - and make a cheque payable to Simon or the management of Linux World. Simon: I think if we (TAUG) are going to have the booth, we might as well do it professionally, being presentable and consistent with the rest of the booths. Your estimated costs: a. 800 Watt Power Supply - $103 (before April 3rd) b. Draped Table - $68 c. Carpet 10 x 10 - $104 ------------------------- Total Estimated = $305 (plus GST I believe) I suspect it's going to cost more than this, for other incidentals. Anyhow... please confirm with the management if they will accept the funds in multiple cheques, and provide us the name of the payee. It is possible I may be able to pitch in just a little more, and I suspect with other donors coming forward, we will meet the targeted $305. I also have no problem collecting cash from other donors and providing you the cheque for the collected amount. But for now, rest assured, you have at least $150 confirmed - so if you wish, please feel free to reserve the booth. Also let us make arrangements to meet, or send me your postal address off list, and I will mail a cheque a.s.a.p., and advise other confirmed donors to also do the same (that is if it works for you).
