Mark,

I've setup several PRIs but never had the problem you're describing.  I
usually set my asterisk box to derive timing from the CO side.  In your
zaptel.conf, you've got something like this:
span=1,0,0,esf,b8zs
Try:
span=1,1,0,esf,b8zs

That should make your system derive clock/sync from the CO.  There are some
notes in the zaptel sample file on how to fully use this parameter.

If that doesn't fix it, post your details like Jim says.
