My Telus rep (Paul Crooker) has stated that Bell Mobility does not need to comply to this (some kind of exception the were granted) until sometime in 2008, if memory serves. Do you have any more information on this? I will admit I haven't hit the link you posted just yet, so I may be asking for info that's already been provided. -A.
