Isn't that exactly what I said? BTW for nuance's sake, you are not charged PST but, technically speaking, the PST is still due to the Ontario government. I don't believe this is even vaguely enforced for individuals, but businesses purchasing goods from outside Ontario for their own use are expected to "self-assess" and remit the PST to the Ministry of Finance.
