Thanks for the feedback Mike. I can't do a network install because I am not
running linux on my other systems so it's a compatibility issue with
Windows. I don't think the tablet support USB boot either. VMWare give me
the same problem. The harddisk and external CD Drive go undetected.

Rob,

Wasn't thinking quite clearly this AM, so post didn't go to list. But
besides using VMware, there are a few other possible ways to install it.
 - Do a network install (I've never done this)
 - install from a USB device if your bios supports it

Hello everyone,

I am trying to install [EMAIL PROTECTED] on my tablet using the external HP
DVD DC3000 but it doesn't work. After I get to chose the language the setup
stops recognizing the media that contains the Asterisk (In this case, the HP
DVD DC3000).

I tried installing Ubuntu and putting the .iso file in /tmp but even then
Asterisk is asking me for "Disk Driver".

How can I get around this problem since my tablet doesn't have an internal
CD driver?

Thanks,
Rob
