As stated by others, you can use the #include statement.
However, make sure that the logic is correct.
 
If you include "register" statements after peer/user sections, it won't
work.
You have to look at the total end result of your includes.
 
"register" entries need to go in the [general] section, before any
peer/user sections.
 
I would recommend going with Asterisk RealTime for your purpose.

Hi everyone,
 
Is there a way to include files from sip.conf? I know you would use
#include "filename" to include from extensions.conf, but the same does
not appear to work for sip.conf. For a virtual hosting install, it would
be nice to seperate sip users into different .conf files.
