I do this for a customer right now, they get a few calls at a time (tested with 4 simultaneous calls) and it all works perfectly. Primus is their local phone company though for their business service, for whatever that's worth.

Almost 2 years ago this worked if you had the "Call Forwarding" FEEture on your landline. When forwarding multiple calls you would hear a short ringtone on your landline, and "many" calls could be forwarded. Back then I only had 3-4 different lines to test, so I'm not sure if there was a limit. However, if you add up the cost of having a landline, system access fee, 911 fee and all the other stupid fees it would probably be cheaper to hire a call-centre to distribute your new number... -- Bjorn -----Original Message----- From: Nabeel Jafferali [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, May 15, 2006 5:57 PM To: 'ASTERISK' Subject: RE: [on-asterisk] Multiple call forwarding? > If I call-forward my business line 555-1111 to 555-2222 and several > calls are immediatelly made to 555-1111, will they ALL be forwarded to > 555-2222? Back in the day, all calls would be forwarded. My understanding is Bell has implemented some kind of restrictions on the number of simultaneous calls lately, but this is only something I have heard, not tested.
