Hello Wojtek:
Thank you for your response. I've used Mark's astcc CGI based product. It
works excellent! But the primary reason I wish to stay away from it is because
it is CGI based. I've disabled ALL cgi based products from my server as CGI
does have some critical security issues. I would prefer to work with
something PHP, JSP, based versus CGI.
Cheers!
Reza.

Reza,
I am sure that you've tried standard "astcc". Looking at your requirements
list, it should be sufficient
Small modifications and improvements to graphics would make it pretty, but
technically there is nothing wrong with Spencer's astcc (perl).
Thanks,
Wojtek

Subject: [on-asterisk] Advise on Calling Card Apps needed urgently.
Hello Folks:
I know I have posted a similar post before, but now my situation has become
a little desperate :(. I will not mention the name of the app that I had
originally planned to install, out of respect for the developer(s), and to give
the developer(s) the benefit of the doubt as they might be dealing with other
stress issues.
My situation is that me and my associate have been patient for over 4
weeks, sending a reminder to the developer(s) to contact us for some legitimate
issues of concern, we have encountered. Due to the lack of support and not
having a valid response in almost a month, we have decided to move on.
Money is not the issue. We are happy to pay for support and/or licensing
for a solid Calling Card / Pre Paid app. We are also happy to pay for support
for Open Source CC Apps, as a form of support to the specific project.
The issue is to receive support when needed, and to acknowledge response
once we have made certain concerns noted. We don't expect an answer
immediately within 24-48 hrs, but certainly we expect to be contacted in a few
days... specially when we intend to pay for support.
Now I seek advise from ALL OF YOU, who has investigated CC apps, installed
them in a development environment or in a production environment, or you are in
a position to recommend some apps because you have seen them in action. I'd
appreciate your input, advise & recommendations.
Thanks in advance!
Best,
Reza.
