Unlimitel is, indeed, great. If you find their long-distance/OFF-NET rates to be a little pricey (as I do) then combine their service with Voxee.com and set up dialing rules to use Voxee for any OFF-NET calling. Then you'd be getting around 1.1c anywhere in North America.
