Hello Lloyd: Asterisk2Billing and AstPP (not AstCC) are the ones of choice. AstPP is the modified sooped up version for AstCC and has commercial support by the developer. About $200 or something for a proper full blown setup - which I would say is worth every penny if you do not have sys.admin and crazy script installation experience or you are the happy point and click sorta guy (Windoze guru).
Yes, both A2B and AstPP have been deployed in production environments and I have another contact who still runs AstCC in his production environment. Keep us posted on how things work out for you, as I do not know very many people who are utilizing Asterisk to make money with Calling Cards. If you get to that level,then you would be on my small group of 2 (me & my colleague) into a group of 3 musketeers. I like odd numbers.
