Started using Diax, now using IdeFisk both are IAX clients. both are IAX
and pierce firewalls easily. No 729 on these since they are free.

Not been able
- How do you handle the fact that the network you are on probably doesn't
care
Have a router that has QOS, helps.
3. Sound quality
- Most PC audio gear is not tuned for voice.
Use a USB DSP sound card, eliminates most issues.
- Good quality headsets are expensive.
For laptops, the Plantronics USB headsets are the best, pricey but good
(C$80). Have tried no-name, logitech, but the just don't compare
- Are any cheap ones good?

Anyhow, if we could get a lot of everyone's experience on this stuff, I for
one would be very grateful.
