I'm sure it's not a big deal if you're calling existing customers but strictly speaking, the CRTC has regulations about how you can use a system to call individuals if you're going to play an automated message.
If you want to google it, the name the CRTC uses for these devices is 'ADAD' (Automated Dialing and Announcement Device I think). They're allowed for collection of debts and some other purposes and I'm sure it's fine if you have consent.
