Don't think that is it. The timeout value appears to expire during 10
digit dialing but I get ~10 sec delay dialing internal 3 digit
extensions unless I terminate with '#' - then they go right through. ...
and the same dialplan works flawlessly with the Sipura dialplan that
looks like:
(*xx|[3469]11|5xx|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)
I'm hoping the Zap interface/Sangoma A200d has the same flexible timing
abilities.

I believe the delay in dialing you are experiencing is due to the way
you have designed your extensions.conf dialplan. Could you post the
context of the fxs device and any other included contexts (changing
any passwords or other sensitive information you may have in your
dialplan).
