Yes, it is possible to do this in Asterisk.
But you can do even more!
You can also have multiple sip channels and have multiple greetings based on
which sip channel the call is coming from. The same with zap. You can
also route calls not only from channels, but also from the caller id and
give appropriate greetings based on CID and/or area codes. If you can
imagine it, you can do it.
Hope this helps... though it is not a technical answer. But to answer your
question again, yes, it is 100% possible.
