I am very new to this and I have setup a freeBPX/Trixbox on one of my systems, I would like to know what is the basic equipment I need to get this working so that I can test things out and get my feet wet before I dive into this new world. I currently have a VOIP provider what uses the MGCP protocol not SIP and I have Mediatrix 2102 box that allows me to make/receive calls. Can I do anything with what I have or do I need to add equipment. And if so what equipment do i need.
