They manage the connections and supply the equipment, but you do not
have to use their connectivity at your premises. They do offer DSL and
other connectivity but you don't have to get from them. The resulting
bonded connection does come out of their network at 151 Front..
Is a pretty interesting product/service. I know they are installing in
all the Giant Carpet stores, think they are also offering them other
services, such as voip and centralized store data backup.
I believe cost starts at about 60/month for a dual wan connection
including the hardware ( embedded VIA Eden based ).

If you're trying to load-balance between different providers, you can try
the Linksys RV016, which allows up to 7 WAN connections. I understand the
load-balancing is a bit simplistic, but it might work for Shidan's
requirements.
