Martin, I'm using a Sangoma A200 with Trixbox over here, and it works with CallerID everytime.
In your Zapata config files, what callerid related settings do you have? I set these: callerid=asreceived usecallerid=yes useincomingcalleridonzaptransfer=yes hidecallerid=no Alex ___________________________________________ Alex Robar, Technical Support, GearyTech Inc. 3075 Fourteenth Avenue, Unit 3, Markham, Ontario L3R 0G9 Markham: 905-513-8000 x 223 Fax: 905-513-8040 Toronto: 416-226-3614 Toll Free: 888-890-3499 [EMAIL PROTECTED] www.gearytech.com Strategic management of technology for business. -----Original Message----- From: Martin Glazer [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Friday, September 15, 2006 3:05 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [on-asterisk] Intermittent callerid Thanks for the response - I am using Trixbox though and it doesn't really allow me to make that sort of change (at least as far as I can tell). After reading further, it appears that the setting that has an effect on calls being answered is usecallerid=yes/no and Asterisk is supposed to wait for the caller ID information to be sent. So sometimes this is not happening. I wonder if this has anything to do with me using a Sangoma A200 card and not a Digium?
