Hey Shidan, For what it's worth...
I frequently get an unusual dialtone from DISA. However, in my experience it has always worked for me. I just ignore the strange "dial tone" and continue to press in my digits. For some reason I get this from both TrixBox and non-TrixBox installations. It's never been a high enough priority for me to spend the time to try and fix it.
