All,

 

We have not been able to successfully install a new A102 for use in a
customer installation due to have two PRI/E1s installed and operating in an
Asterisk PBX server.  We did successfully achieve the installation of the
card itself and when the E1s are plugged in, the LEDs show green, no alarms,
etc.  However, when we attempt to start Asterisk, everything loads normally
until Asterisk attempts to load the zapata.conf, and we get an OUCH! error.
(appropriately written, it did actually hurt!)

 

Any assistance would be hugely appreciated!!!  Customer is looking at me
with a loooong face!
