Hello everyone,

I did not attend TAUG since VON and today it was a really big crowd out there.
I think Stephan did a good job explaining the Freepbx. I was expecting
something on Festival-text-to-Speech (to complete the IVR/Digital Receptionist
presentation) too but I guess the time didn't allow for such in-depth
discussions.

Anyhow, I have configured Uplink (NCH Skype-SIP bridge product) with my trixbox.

For those of you that are not familiar with Uplink, it is a Skype-SIP bridge
and it allows a sip user to place calls to skype and receive calls from skype
on a SIP client.

I can place a single call at an instance. But, I'd like to take advantage of
the fact that Skype can be run on multiple instances on a PC and get few more
lines :)

Skype can be run in multiple instances on a Windows system with the option "Run
as" different windows user or even through logging into different Windows XP
users. But, Uplink does not allow such a thing. Everytime I change the settings
within Uplink, it changes the settings of all uplink instances accross all the
Windows users.

So, I am wondering if anyone has experience with NCH products (specially
Uplink) and if there is anyway that I can run multiple instances of Uplink on
the same PC. I know it can be done with VMWare but that is a hassle and not
worth the CPU resources.

So, please brainstorm about this issue.

Thanks,
Bruce
