Well YMMV but I use http://www.sentex.ca. The service has gone down exactly twice - for 1 hour each time - in 6 years. And the second time was because my Visa card was re-issued and I forgot to update them so they turned me off when the card wouldn't process. (Granted, a phone call would have been appreciated). I do recommend them. dbc.
