Hi Justin, If I was to guess based on your description I would say that it sounds like either a codec negotiation issue or a firewall issue. My guess is that it's more likely a firewall issue. You could try setting "canreinvite=no" for your handset in sip.conf. That way your asterisk box will stay in the middle of your conversation and your firewall shouldn't be a factor.
