You could just call forward the extension somewhere so that it never rings. -- sacha
Sure, you can do it by editing the config file /etc/asterisk/extensions_custom.conf or according to http://aussievoip.com.au/wiki/freePBX-CustomContexts there is a beta module for freepbx to do so. -- sacha
