Long time asterisk struggler first time question poster, please be gentle.
I am looking to implement a supervised call transfer within a dial plan.  I
have read on wiki that it is a feature that is implemented by *2, but this
is a call that is answered by a PBX solution and not by a human user.  The
caller would have chosen to be transferred to customer service, at this
point a follow me procedure will be implemented.  This is where I would like
the caller to be put on hold and a supervised transfer attempt be made to
the callee.  The callee will then have the options of 1) Accepting the call
2) Putting the hold party to the voice mail 3) T.B.A.

 

Any suggestions or search directions would be greatly appreciated.
