There are a number of options to frontends for Asterisk if that is what
you are looking for.
With Fonality, you have to purchase the complete system (h/w + s/w) and
not just the Asterisk frontend.
You may want to look at Voiceone (http://www.voiceone.it) for a free
frontend, or Druid (http://www.voiceroute.net) which has a cost.
