I solved the problem by switching the port to 5090 and 'qualify=no'. Seems to be working now. :-)

I have a user who cannot receive incoming calls to his Grandstream HT-286 ATA. The user is in Miami. When I configured and tested the ATA at my office in Toronto, I could call outbound and receive inbound calls successfully. He is connecting to a Trixbox server at a co-lo in Toronto. He can make outbound calls fine. When I check his extension using 'sip show peers' in the CLI it shows as 'unreachable'. This looks to me like a firewall issue. Any ideas??? Thanks, Scott
