Voicemail storage location and default intro

Does anybody know:

1)       how to change the default voicemail storage location

2)       how to change the default 'beep' that is played at the
Voicemail([EMAIL PROTECTED]) call.  I would like to add something more without
having to use the 's' or the 'u' option 

3)       how to remove the 0 option in VoicemailMan() I don't want the users
to be able to record their own messages, it must be what is set on the
system.
