Richard, Asterisk can save you the Bell Call Answer cost but it can't
get you multiple calls on your POTS line. You are going to need the
B/CFWD service plus additional trunks via whatever method you choose
(POTS, T1, VoIP, Skype, etc.) Otherwise, when you are on your POTS line
and a second person calls they will get BUSY.

I'm presuming the object is to not require the calling party to know
your VoIP/Skype-In number(s), right? They should just call your POTS
number and not know any different.
