Last time I checked....Single Number Reach has the some limits as "local
link"...3 channels of local calls max, unlimited toll.

You could also switch your Bell Line to SNC( Single Number Reach) a Bell
service for $about 25/month and you would be able to foreward all calls
to your VoIP line. I use both SNC and unlimitel -very happy with
unlimitel.
