Hi, I am using one of the dialer known as VICIDIAL.
I am using this dialer for call center solution and facing lot of problem during the dialing and hanging up the call. Following is the link of that dialer http://astguiclient.sourceforge.net/ I am following it's scratch installation procedure. I am facing few problem in fetching leads and daling numbers. If any body has any idea regarding this then please let me know . I am using asterisk 1.2.12 version and Fedora core 4. Any kind of help will be appreciated. Best regards, Nishith
