Speed dial for call parking and pickup

Hi,

Is there any ways the call parking and pick up steps can be simplified
into one touch of a button?

1/ hit transfer button
2/ enter 700
3/ Wait for reply - say 701
4/ hang up.

Tedious steps! I just want to hit one key and then hang up.
Same for the pickup if possible
