Polycom SoundPoint IP 501 voicemail feature

Hello guys,I have setup a polycom 501 with Trixbox but I have trouble setting 
*97 on the polycom. Under SIP settings for voicemail I have *97 but it doesn't 
seem to work. Is there any other setting that I might be missing?Thanks in
