That site was the starter for us. Some of the instructions were wrong, but it provided enough to get it going. We programmed two extensions on our Asterisk server that will go through SipX server and to the Exchange. I am yet to spend time and look at OpenSER, but with SipX all worked fine too, its settings were a bit confusing, that's all.
